Appointment Policy
We care for each client who sits in our chair. We like to respect our clients' time and ask our clients to respect ours. Should you need to cancel an appointment, we ask you to call at least 24 hours in advance. If you call within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge the card on file a $20 fee.If you DO NOT call or simply do not show up to your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the card on file 100% of your service.
We understand circumstances change, but communication is key to effectively managing our time as well as yours!
